An amazing resort with superb service in front of a nearly deserted beach.
We spent one week during the end of February. We are still amazed about the time we spent at the hotel. The service was great, a great team has been built around Customer Service. The two ladies at the reception, Vina and Aria were superb, always on top of our needs ( taxi, restaurants, breakfast choice, kayak rental, chauffeurs, massages...) and always with a smile. The food at the restaurant was great and at the kitchen they would always go an extra mile to provide us for our needs. I do not eat meat but they would always provide me with alternative options. The fruit was delicious, breakfast was very abundant and the service at the restaurant was very good. A special thank you for Guan for her superb professionalism. Our apartment had a spacious terrace, two big rooms and a new shower room. Perfect for a family of four. The apartment was clean and had view over the ocean. Nice.
We did not find any issues. Despite it was low season I always felt that I was taken care of. English was well spoken in the reception, not much in the restaurant but that was not an issue to get ourselves understood.

Wonderful
The Breakfast was good and the room was nice and spacious. The beach is nice. We have no complaints!
The daily tourists should be told the ground rules of visiting so the staff does not need to scold them in the pool area. Let them know where they can rinse their feet instead of doing it in the pool.
